Engineering Planning Engineers
Position:
The Engineering Planning Engineer reports to Manager - Planning
Specifically, the Planning Engineer will;
  • Preparation and revision of AMP for company operated aircraft
  • Forecast maintenance requirements.
  • Project Equipment, Tooling and Material requisition required for scheduled maintenance tasks to Logistics well in advance.
  • Prepare work package for all the routine and non-routine maintenance requirements.
  • Accounting, registration and tracking of work packages issued by Planning department.
  • Plan, schedule and co-ordinate with associated departments for all scheduled maintenance requirements on Deccan Cargo fleet with minimum down time for work compliance.
  • Control and adjust plans based on day-to-day status report from MOC on check work packages. Highlight any significant deviation from plan.
  • Manage the short-term maintenance plan and co-ordination with MOC.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or holder of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Engineering Planning function.
  • Thorough knowledge of latest technical developments and industry trends on respective Systems.
  • Thorough job knowledge covering all aspects of aircraft maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Fluency in English Language, reading/writing/conversing.
  • Familiar with computer operating system and Microsoft office Word, Excel, Power point etc.,
  • Familiar with Planning documents like MPD, MRBR, MSG etc.,
